Job summary

Empire Today seeks a Director of Strategy & Operations to serve as the de facto Chief of Staff to the Chief Growth and Marketing Officer, driving strategy, prioritization, alignment, and planning across Growth and Marketing initiatives.

The role partners across the organization to implement plans that move the business forward, delivering customer excellence while driving efficiency, growth, innovation, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in strategy/management consulting.
• 4–7 years of experience in strategic planning at the intersection of growth, customer experience, and technology, including project management.
• At least 3–5 years of experience driving highly visible, cross-functional projects.
• Intellectual curiosity, strong listening, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional strategic planning across Growth, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
• Lead performance tracking of the customer journey from first impression to installation.
• Manage cross-functional project execution supporting growth initiatives.
• Prepare materials for Executive Team or Board on growth, brand, and customer experience strategy.
