Docusign is seeking a Director of Growth Strategy & Operations in California to act as a trusted operational leader supporting the VP of Strategy & Operations. The role emphasizes cross-functional execution, planning cadence, and data-driven decision making across Growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings 12+ years in Strategy & Operations or related fields, excels in executive communication, and can lead complex, enterprise-wide programs with ambiguity and structure.

Formación

• 12+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Finance, Chief of Staff, Program Management, or Management Consulting.
• Experience leading planning processes, budget management, operating cadences, OKRs, and business reviews.
• Experience influencing senior leaders without direct authority.
• Experience in project management with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience in building frameworks, business cases, and executive presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the VP of Strategy & Operations and functional leads to manage annual planning, OKR reviews, quarterly business reviews, and long-range planning.
• Develop executive-ready materials, business reviews, strategic narratives, and decision frameworks.
• Monitor progress against strategic priorities, identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for intervention.
• Drive operational excellence across planning processes and organizational initiatives.
• Own day-to-day execution of company operating rhythms for Growth and support leadership meetings, reviews, planning sessions, and offsites.
• Oversee Growth organization budget, ensuring spend aligns with revenue targets.
• Ensure action items, decisions, and commitments are communicated and completed.
