Pique seeks a Director of Strategy & Operations to integrate the founder and CEO with the rest of the leadership team. You will own the operating system connecting growth, product, supply chain, retail and finance, turning bold ideas into plans, numbers and shipped results.

You’ll model impact, identify feasible paths, and directly build the tools and processes needed to move quickly while maintaining clarity and ownership.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years combining strategy consulting, investing or business operations with hands-on operating experience at a high-growth consumer or DTC brand.
• Hands-on time inside a growing brand — you operated, not just advised.
• Exceptional financial and analytical skill: you build the model yourself and know what it means for the business.
• Fluency in DTC economics across acquisition, retention, margin, inventory and retail.
• Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives to done without formal authority.
• You turn a one-line idea into a plan, a model and a result, and you are energized by ambiguity.
• AI-first operator who builds your own tools and workflows.
• Clear, concise writing; you communicate in memos and numbers.

Aufgaben

• Turn the CEO's priorities from idea to plan: test feasibility, set owners and dates, drive cross-functional initiatives to completion.
• Own the annual and quarterly operating plan with finance; align roadmaps into one view of on-track, at-risk or behind.
• Model the impact of major decisions before committing (pricing, promotions, launches, inventory, channel mix).
• Partner with analytics to turn data into decisions, flag where growth, margin or inventory is drifting.
• Lead how we use AI to operate: tools, workflows and diagnostics to speed teams.
