Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable pipelines for growth or recruiting.
• Experience managing high-volume workflows and throughput.
• Strong written communication and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build, refine, and scale operational workflows for growth initiatives.
• Design scalable recruiting pipelines from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop strategies to expand contributor supply across regions.
• Track growth metrics and identify bottlenecks for improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects to move experiments to execution.
• Create documentation for repeatable processes and SOPs.
• Conduct competitive and market research to surface growth opportunities.
• Support A/B testing and campaign analysis with data collection.
