Job summary

Oura seeks a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations to be the analytical horsepower behind growth initiatives. You will build market, competitive, and financial analyses and support strategic initiatives as they move from ideation into execution.

This hybrid US role has a strong preference for Bay Area candidates; you will partner with GTM, Product, Finance, and Ops to drive initiatives, produce executive-ready materials, and push for automation where possible.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or in-house strategy and operations.
• Financial analysis and modeling as a genuine strength.
• Structured problem solving; break big problems into parts and hypothesize clearly.
• Experience running market or competitive analysis and forming calibrated views.
• Comfort with SQL and a BI tool; willingness to learn quickly if needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; distill complexity to a conclusion.
• Ability to work independently across multiple workstreams.
• Track record of partnering with cross-functional teams to drive decisions.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; health tech or digital health experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build analyses behind near-term growth opportunities: market sizing, unit economics, pricing benchmarks, and channel economics.
• Develop financial models, value driver analyses, and scenarios to stress-test initiatives.
• Take ambiguous questions from leadership, structure them, and deliver a clear conclusion.
• Own standing market and competitive diligence across wearables, consumer health, and adjacent categories.
• Partner with GTM, Product, Finance, and Ops to move growth initiatives forward with durable analytics.
• Create reporting to measure launched initiatives and diagnose gaps; push toward automation.
