Qualifications

• 3-5 years of investment banking, management consulting, and/or business operations experience.
• Ability to lead complex, ambiguous projects with minimal oversight.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without authority.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ownership mentality.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute high-impact projects that improve operational efficiency, patient experience, and financial performance.
• Build and implement high priority initiatives with finance, RCM, operations, product, trade relations, and other teams.
• Build business cases and financial models to support strategic investments and priorities.
• Analyze business performance data to identify trends, surface insights, and guide decision-making.
• Design and optimize key operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Lead ad hoc projects and support high-priority tasks as needed, including but not limited to capital raise, strategic partnerships, M&A, etc.
