Job summary

Huge is seeking a senior strategy leader to shape and activate world class brands within a remote US context. You’ll drive growth by translating insights into durable strategic directions and guiding cross‑functional teams across brand, product, and experiences.

You’ll partner with CMOs and creative peers, coach strategists, and build scalable processes to deliver measurable outcomes for clients who expect market transformation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience driving strategy and creative work across traditional, digital, AI and experiential environments.
• Experience developing strategy across campaigns, messaging and employee engagement, organizational alignment as well as content and product strategy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and apply brand thinking to diverse opportunities and channels.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with and persuading senior client leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct and hands-on with core brand strategy practices and translate into campaigns and product directions.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to shape strategic brand directions.
• Define opportunities, insights, and frameworks for creative partners to deliver commercial impact.
• Build internal processes that facilitate efficient strategy development.
• Develop clear points of view on relevant topics that inform strategy and thought leadership.
• Lead the development of strategies and coach other strategists.
• Manage a team of business, brand and creative strategists.
