WIN Home Inspection seeks a Manager - Growth & Strategy to join a growing team operating across India and the US. This high-ownership, cross-functional role ties together leadership, operations, product, and growth to move strategic priorities forward with accountability.

You will connect dots across teams, identify gaps, and drive initiatives to completion while thriving in ambiguity and fast-moving environments. Remote/hybrid flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, program management, consulting, growth, or cross-functional leadership.
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify patterns, connect business insights, and think strategically.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Strong ownership mindset with a bias toward action and execution.
• Experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complexity.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to understand business priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
• Connect the dots across functions, teams, and initiatives to improve alignment and execution.
• Proactively identify gaps, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and missed opportunities across the business.
• Follow up consistently to ensure strategic and operational priorities move forward effectively.
• Drive accountability and ownership across teams without relying on hierarchy.
• Coordinate and collaborate with teams across India and the US to ensure smooth communication and execution.
• Support high-impact business initiatives across operations, product, customer experience, growth, and strategy.
• Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations and evolving business needs.
• Work independently while managing multiple moving priorities simultaneously.
• Roll up your sleeves when needed to help teams move faster and achieve outcomes.
