Carrum Health is actively seeking a Growth/Strategy leader to own end-to-end growth initiatives, build rigorous financial models, and work across Sales, Network, Partnerships, Tech, Finance, and Ops to drive impact.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, early-stage experimentation, and close collaboration with Product and Care teams to improve patient experience. Remote-first environment across the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, growth, or operations, MBA preferred.
• First-principles problem-solving to structure vague problems into a framework.
• Financial modeling in Excel/Sheets with ROI and sensitivity analysis.
• Strong SQL or equivalent data skills to pull and interpret data.
• Independent execution with cross-functional impact and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Entrepreneurial and resourceful mindset.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Ops, Data, and Product.

Responsibilities

• Own growth initiatives end-to-end from framing problems to execution and measurement.
• Build financial models to size opportunities and support strategic bets.
• Lead cross-functional execution and manage timelines, budgets, and dependencies.
• Design and monitor growth experiments using funnel data to inform decisions.
• Partner with Product and Care teams to improve patient experience.
• Advise leadership on new markets, adjacencies, and strategic bets.
