Netflix in Los Angeles is seeking a Growth Strategy Manager to architect the future of growth marketing, test into new areas and hypotheses to drive incremental business impact. This role delivers needle-moving campaign insights by connecting marketing, content, audience and finance data to uncover opportunities and influence creative direction.

The role partners with Marketing, Product, Data Science and Insights teams and works externally with advertising platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in growth marketing, marketing analytics, strategy and operations, or roles with analytics, strategic thinking and cross-functional teamwork.
• Subject matter expertise in digital marketing data, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent written, verbal and visual communication with the ability to translate data into actionable insight and influence stakeholders.
• Experience managing a learning agenda and overseeing research and experiments.
• Ability to navigate macro and micro analyses and drive cross-functional impact.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate data and trends to ideate campaigns and creative concepts likely to perform.
• Define metrics, thresholds, and reporting to enhance the team’s ability to spot opportunities and maximize impact.
• Decide when to run structured experiments versus descriptive analysis and manage timelines and budgets.
• Partner with the Creative Manager to synthesize insights into actionable direction for briefs and rapid ad iterations.
• Improve conversion rates by sharing insights with Product to align marketing and product touchpoints.
• Be a thought partner across Marketing, Data Science, Product and Finance on analyses and special projects.
