Job summary

Netflix, Inc. is seeking a Web & Digital Marketing Manager to own the Netflix House website and its digital presence. You’ll partner with Product & Tech, Revenue/Ticketing, and Marketing Analytics to drive fan engagement and revenue across web and organic channels.

You’ll lead web strategy, optimization, and reporting, while guiding a team that includes the Web Execution Lead, and collaborate closely with Lifecycle/CRM and Paid Media for cohesive fan journeys.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in digital marketing with 5+ years in people management for web and organic search in a B2C environment.
• Proven track record of optimizing websites for conversion via A/B testing programs.
• Strong partnership with Product/Eng/UX to translate objectives into product requirements.
• Expertise in SEO/organic search, including technical SEO and content strategy.
• Experience launching web strategies 0→1 and scaling in fast-changing settings.

Responsibilities

• Own overall marketing strategy for the Netflix House website and align with business goals.
• Serve as marketing POC to Product & Tech for roadmap, briefs, and requirements.
• Optimize the site for revenue, CVR, and feature launches across locations.
• Drive landing page strategy for paid media and lifecycle campaigns.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle/CRM to align web experience with email strategies.
• Build web analytics reporting and executive-level storytelling for leadership.
