Qualifications

• Experience in private equity, management consulting, corporate development, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead market, customer, and competitive assessments for strategic decisions and growth investments.
• Conduct commercial due diligence on acquisitions and partnerships.
• Develop market sizing, segmentation, pricing, and competitive analyses.
• Support integration planning and post-close growth initiatives.
• Translate analyses into concise recommendations for senior leaders.
