Arcadis is seeking a dynamic leader to grow its nationwide EHS practice in Indiana. You will lead a national group covering environmental compliance, permitting, health and safety, air quality, and sustainability, guiding a multidisciplinary team.

You will build client relationships, drive new business opportunities, and oversee delivery of high-value services across geographies, leveraging digital tools and scalable processes to enhance productivity and market position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, related science, or an EHS field.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
• Strong consulting, client management, stakeholder engagement, and influencing capabilities.
• Proven ability to build and grow client relationships and win new business.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams across geographies.
• Experience overseeing project execution, timelines and budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; represent Arcadis in industry forums.

Responsibilities

• Establish near- and long-term vision and strategic goals for the EHS practice.
• Lead and mentor talent, recruit and develop the team, and promote high-performance culture.
• Cultivate client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Oversee project execution, delivery, budgets, and implement process improvements.
• Promote digital tools and standardization to improve productivity.
