Job summary

Arcwood Environmental, LLC seeks a Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy & Growth to partner with the VP Strategy and leaders to identify, evaluate, and execute high-priority growth opportunities across Arcwood’s environmental services platform.

You will lead commercial diligence, market intelligence, and strategic planning, building business cases for growth investments and supporting acquisition efforts. Strong modeling, communication, and cross-functional leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in private equity, management consulting, corporate development, strategy, investment banking, or commercial diligence.
• Experience leading market assessments and growth strategy engagements.
• Exposure to industrial services or environmental services preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and problem-structuring capabilities.
• Ability to translate ambiguous questions into practical recommendations.
• Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, executive communication, and synthesis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead market, customer, and competitive assessments to support strategic decisions.
• Conduct commercial diligence on acquisitions, partnerships, and new offerings.
• Develop market sizing, segmentation, pricing, and competitive positioning analyses.
• Assess customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Build business cases for growth investments and capital projects.
• Support investment committee materials and leadership recommendations.
• Assist with integration planning and post-close growth initiatives.
• Support annual strategic planning and long-range planning processes.
• Translate complex analyses into concise, actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
