Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to guide and develop commercial teams, drive growth, and build strong customer relationships across the Southeast. You will implement sales strategies, manage revenue targets, and expand market share while leveraging industry-leading technologies.

The role requires 12+ years of sales experience with a background in life sciences or analytical instruments, and will involve 40-60% travel; NC residency is required for this remote leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 12 years of sales experience with minimum 2-3 years in a sales management role.
• Demonstrated success in consistently achieving/exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of laboratory, life sciences, or analytical instruments markets.
• Proven ability to build, guide and develop sales teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue across the Southeast region.
• Coach and lead commercial teams to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
