Job summary

Google is seeking a Business Management Lead for Google One (G1) in the United States. You will drive subscriber growth, lead cross-functional alignment, and translate strategic priorities into operational execution with teams across Product Strategy, BD, Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance.

You will build driver-based models, run executive reviews, and partner to ensure revenue growth and retention across the subscription platform. This is a high-visibility, impact role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
• Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual subscriber targets and steward forecasting models synthesizing data to inform strategy alongside Product, Marketing, Business Development, and Finance.
• Architect the weekly operating rhythm and leadership business reviews, ensuring leaders stay aligned and proactive.
• Act as the central connection point to ensure go-to-market efforts and growth initiatives are synchronized and optimized to hit targets.
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering to ensure dashboards, telemetry, and modeling capabilities for product performance.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on key trends and funnel optimization, translating data insights into actionable strategies.
