Job summary

VML is seeking an Associate Director, Growth Strategy to lead data-driven growth initiatives and translate consumer insights into actionable strategies. You will collaborate with Strategy, Client Engagement, Creative, and Media teams to identify growth opportunities and articulate strategic directions.

You will oversee complex analyses, mentor junior staff, and drive rigor in storytelling and strategic recommendations across accounts in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience leading analytics and strategy for client growth.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
