VML in Chicago seeks an Associate Director, Growth Strategy to lead data‑driven strategy for client brands. You will guide strategic analytics, synthesize insights from MRI Simmons, Circana, Numerator, and retailer data, and partner with Strategy, Client Engagement, Creative, and Media teams.

You will mentor junior analysts, craft compelling growth narratives, and help size opportunities. The role combines strategic thinking with AI‑enabled tooling and collaborative leadership in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategy and consumer insights in an agency, CPG, or consulting setting.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable business strategy.
• Strong storytelling skills with client-facing experience.
