Job summary

VML MAP is seeking an Associate Data Insights Consultant to join the growing Business Insights team. You will apply emerging data skills to help clients make data-driven decisions that improve their digital marketing efforts.

You will design data solutions and data integrations for various campaign platforms alongside senior colleagues. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver automated reporting and ad-hoc analyses, developing a data-driven mindset across campaigns and CRM

Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in data, BI, analytics or reporting solutions.
Foundational hands-on experience with SQL, databases, and reporting techniques.
Basic experience building reports or dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, Looker.
Familiarity with data modeling for analytics is a plus.
Exposure to Google Analytics is an advantage.
Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in designing data solutions and data integrations for campaign platforms.
Support data modeling and project scoping under guidance of senior consultants.
Provide answers and insights via automated reporting and ad-hoc analyses.
Work with cross-functional teams including Account Managers, Architects, Developers, Data Scientists, and Marketing Operations.
Promote a data-driven mindset in digital marketing contexts.
