EliseAI is seeking a Growth Strategy Analyst to join the Future Platforms team. You will build the business case, structure deals, and maintain momentum across the pipeline as EliseAI brings next-generation platforms to market.

Ideal candidates are early-career operators with a strong analytical mindset, organizational skills, and a desire to own key initiatives with significant exposure to scaling new business lines.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or 1–2 years in consulting, strategy & operations, or a high-growth startup.
• Relentlessly organized and follow through on everything you touch.
• Think analytically and can turn messy inputs into a clear recommendation.
• Willingness to work in person at our office 4–5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Take the business case and structure deals for EliseAI’s future platforms.
• Build momentum across the pipeline and coordinate with Sales, Product, and Operations.
• Own initiatives within the first year as growth motion matures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new platforms to market.
