EliseAI in New York is seeking a Senior Associate on the Growth Strategy team to own high-impact, end-to-end projects that take products from undefined to sharply positioned while building go-to-market programs that convert positioning into pipeline and revenue. You will work across strategy, product, and data, owning execution from strategy through delivery, including the technical build where needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, strategy & operations, growth, or a generalist role at a high-growth startup.
• Biased toward action and able to make decisions with imperfect information.
• Able to structure ambiguous problems into clear plans and execute independently.
• Clear and precise written communication for executives and stakeholders.
• Able to balance strategic thinking with technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop positioning and messaging for products and capabilities, translating AI functionality into differentiating value.
• Design and build automated customer engagement programs to drive pipeline and retention.
• Track engagement performance with data dashboards to diagnose what works and improve.
• Coordinate product launches across Product, Sales, and Customer Success with clarity and momentum.
• Create sales enablement tools like decks, one-pagers, and training materials.
• Contribute strategic thinking on growth, market expansion, and customer value.
• Attract top-tier talent to join the team.
