EliseAI is seeking a Senior Associate on the Growth Strategy team in New York. You will own high-impact projects end-to-end, taking products from undefined to sharply positioned, and build go-to-market programs that convert positioning into pipeline and revenue.

In a dynamic startup within a startup, you’ll collaborate with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Leadership to shape strategy and execute the systems that deliver results at scale.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, strategy & operations, growth, or a generalist role at a high-growth startup
• Biased toward action and comfortable making decisions with imperfect information
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear plans and execute them independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication when presenting to executives

Responsibilities

• Grow Healthcare growth strategy across inbound, outbound, content, events, partnerships, and product launches to drive pipeline and customer acquisition
• Establish growth measurement frameworks, attribution models, and KPIs to guide investments and ROI
• Build scalable systems for lead generation, qualification, conversion, and lifecycle engagement with Marketing Ops and cross-functional partners
