Job summary
UHY is seeking a Strategic Development Analyst in Sterling Heights, Michigan to support growth through research, financial and market analysis, and business development. You will collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities and translate data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
Responsibilities include market research, competitive analysis, and modeling to evaluate acquisitions, partnerships, and new markets; you will prepare executive presentations and dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, marketing or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, or business development.
- Experience translating financial/operational data into actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market, industry, competitor and business trend research to identify opportunities and risks.
- Analyze financial, operational and market data to support strategic planning and decisions.
- Support evaluation of acquisitions, partnerships, investments, new markets and other opportunities.
- Prepare executive presentations, reports and dashboards with key findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to gather information and assess strategic opportunities.
- Develop and implement annual and long-term strategic plans; track milestones and outcomes.
