UHY is seeking a Valuation Analyst in Sterling Heights to join our Valuation team. This entry-level role focuses on conducting financial analysis and valuations of assets, projects, and investments to support decision-making and reporting.

You will prepare valuation reports, gather data, and assist management in engagement planning. The position emphasizes strong Excel modeling, attention to detail, and the ability to work across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years in a relevant role or strong academic background.
• Willing and able to pursue professional designations after hire (CVJA/ CFA/ ASA/ CFMV/ CPA with ABA).

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex financial analyses and instruments using valuation methods.
• Prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations.
• Coordinate engagement activities with management to achieve results.
• Collect and organize financial data to support valuation models.
• Ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance of reports and documentation.
