Job summary

160 UHY Management Company is seeking a Strategic Development Analyst to support the organization’s growth through market research, financial and business analysis, and evaluation of strategic opportunities. You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights and inform strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes analysis of market trends, opportunities in acquisitions or partnerships, and development of executive presentations and dashboards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, accounting, marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, business development, consulting, corporate development, investment analysis, or a related field.
• Experience analyzing financial and operational data and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and business case development.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leaders preferred; mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, or corporate development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, industry, competitor, and business trend research to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends that may impact organizational growth.
• Analyze financial, operational, and market data to support strategic planning and business decisions.
• Support evaluation of potential acquisitions, partnerships, investments, new markets, and other business development opportunities.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, dashboards, and recommendations summarizing key findings and strategic opportunities.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, and other functional leaders to gather information and assess strategic opportunities.
• Support the development and implementation of annual and long-term strategic plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue growth, profitability, operational effectiveness, and overall organizational performance.
• Maintain databases and analytical models used to track market intelligence, business opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop presentations and other materials for executive leadership, board-level discussions, and strategic planning meetings.
• Track strategic initiatives, milestones, deliverables, and business outcomes to help ensure successful execution.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, accounting, marketing, or a related field

Master’s degree or MBA
