Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare you for success, mentorship, and support from our Panda community that cares about your growth and success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Lead and motivate team to ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
• Participate in an 8+ weeks Store Leadership Training program to prepare for ongoing success.
