Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We provide a comprehensive Store Leadership Training program, mentorship, and community support to help you succeed in managing a Panda Express store.

You will lead the operation of a single store, including hiring, supervising, and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. A formal leadership training program of 8+ weeks is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Owns the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Drives store performance and ensures excellent guest experiences through leadership and accountability.
• Participates in or completes the 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
