Job summary

Global Engineering Talent LTD is seeking a Proposal Coordinator / Inside Sales Lead to help turn technical expertise into clear, persuasive proposals for major opportunities in manufacturing, oil and gas, and data centers.

You will coordinate RFPs, RFIs and qualifications, set bid schedules, and work with technical specialists and senior colleagues to develop content. This role offers exposure to leadership and the chance to shape the US expansion as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in proposal coordination, technical writing or inside sales support.
• Experience in engineering, construction, architecture or related technical business is valuable.
• Strong writing, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate with busy teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RFPs, RFIs, and qualifications from start to delivery.
• Set bid schedules, organize contributors, and meet deadlines.
• Develop proposal content with technical specialists and senior staff.
• Draft and edit executive summaries, company information, and project resumes.
• Consolidate inputs into consistent, well-presented submissions.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and client requirement compliance.
• Maintain opportunity records and bid calendars.
• Assist pricing and scope documentation and improve processes.
