The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a commercial function within manufacturing or energy, strong writing and project management skills, and knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce. A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years relevant work history within a commercial function; manufacturing or energy environment preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives or projects in a matrixed environment.
• Knowledge of proposal best practices and tools (CRM, Salesforce, or related).
• Self-motivated, assertive, and creative with strong follow-through and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compliant, professionally produced proposals within defined timeframes.
• Coordinate, review, and edit proposal inputs from cross-functional stakeholders.
• Implement scalable workflows and templates to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Guide sales teams and subject matter experts on persuasive writing and proposal best practices.
• Review and manage commercial terms and conditions with counsel; manage templates per branding.
