Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Proposal Manager for Global Technology Sales in Arlington, VA. The role leads proposal development, coordinates with sales, contracts, and content teams, and ensures timely, high-quality responses to RFPs.

You will become expert in Gartner’s portfolio and use this to craft tailored, client-focused proposals that differentiate Gartner from competitors. Strong English writing skills and experience in federal procurement are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proposal writing, development, and/or management experience.
• Deep experience with U.S. Federal procurement processes.
• Bachelor’s degree required; strong written and verbal English.
• Experience in product/solutions-based offers and end-to-end proposal management.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead proposal development, manage stakeholder meetings, create schedules and drive projects to completion.
• Analyze RFP requirements against proposal outline for compliance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with sales teams to shape strategy and write client-focused proposals.
• Customize materials to highlight Gartner’s differentiators and value to clients.
