Job summary

EY is seeking a Sales Manager, Director Core Growth Sales in Atlanta to lead a high‑performing team of Sales Executives and Geo Sales Leaders. You will also act as Account Leader and Sales Executive for select top accounts, driving growth in Core Growth and ensuring disciplined execution of GTM strategies.

You will build and maintain client relationships at the C‑suite level, manage deals end‑to‑end, and align resources to maximize revenue and market reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or related field.
• 12-15+ years’ experience at EY or a similar global professional services firm.
• Proven track record leading sales teams and hitting targets.
• Strong ability to manage complex deals and multi-stakeholder relationships.
• Experience developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies and account plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Sales Executives team to achieve quotas and strategic goals.
• Own accountability for team sales performance and incentive outcomes.
• Oversee pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and pipeline hygiene.
• Drive cross‑service line collaboration to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Build senior‑level relationships with C‑suite and budget owners.
• Support critical deals with strategic, tactical guidance and negotiations.
