Job summary

Reuters is seeking an Associate Sales Specialist to join the Growth Team. This role focuses on prospecting and setting appointments within the Midsize Law Firms segment, targeting new-to-online firms while supporting existing subscribers.

You will have a clear path toward a full-time sales role with your own territory and quota, meeting or exceeding targets through outbound calls and strategic engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven sales experience in a consultative selling environment.
• Ambitious self-starter with high energy and motivation.
• Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CRM experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential clients within the MLF segment, focusing on new-to-online firms.
• Set appointments and conduct initial meetings to understand client needs and present solutions.
• Support ongoing sales activities and initiatives within the current motion.
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Growth Team, and others to develop sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and client interactions in Salesforce.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify opportunities.
