SupportFinity™ is looking for a self-driven Account Manager to join our hybrid-remote team in San Francisco. You will manage key customer relationships, navigate complex issues, and drive initiatives for customer adoption and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong SaaS background and a proven track record in account management, with the ability to proactively engage clients and ensure they are maximizing value from our HR solutions. This role offers a competitive OTE of $150,000 to $170,000 annually, dependent on office presence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SaaS experience in account management, sales, or customer success.
• Proven track record of meeting quotas via new product sales.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers realize value from the HR Services channel.
• Proactively engage customers through key lifecycle events.
• Consult with clients to understand their workforce management needs.
