Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® in Nashville, TN is seeking a Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader to support new restaurant openings and train hourly managers while upholding the brand standard and culture. You will oversee training teams, lead NRO activities, and ensure day‑to‑day operations align with company expectations.

Expect to work in a fast-paced environment with physical requirements and travel for training.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
• Able to recognize problems, set goals, create plans and convert plans into action to solve problems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Leads the training team and oversees trainer development.
• Leads the new restaurant setup and organization and ensures full and accurate completion.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Executes shift management meeting Raising Cane’s operations and safety standards.
• Performs restaurant performance standards observation walks and documents results with corrective actions.
• Supports strategy planning and execution in all areas of operations.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
