Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader in Los Angeles to support new restaurant openings, oversee training teams and develop hourly managers while deployed. This role handles day-to-day operations before and after openings, upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture across locations.

The Growth Assistant will lead the training team, oversee setup, enforce policies, and participate in operations and safety audits.

Qualifikationen

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
• Able to recognize problems, set goals, create plans and convert plans into action to solve problems.
• Proficient in technology systems including Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Able to work various shifts including days, evenings and weekends; travel as needed.

• Leads the training team and oversees trainer development.
• Leads the new restaurant setup and organization and ensures full and accurate completion.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Executes shift management meetings and safety standards.
• Performs performance observations and documents results with corrective action.
• Supports strategy planning and execution in all areas of operations.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
