SERHANT. is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to support recruitment and expansion efforts. You will be the first contact for prospective agents, handling outreach, setting meetings, and managing administrative tasks to drive candidate engagement.

In this hybrid role based in the United States, you will work with Growth Managers and the VP of Growth to ensure a smooth onboarding process and contribute to SERHANT.’s growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales, recruiting, or business development role.
• Real estate experience preferred.
• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
• A passion for growth, networking, and creating opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement & Outreach: Conduct initial calls with potential real estate agents to assess interest and qualifications.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule recruitment pitches for Strategic Growth Managers in current markets and VP meetings in expansion markets.
• Administrative & CRM Management: Manage recruitment leads and maintain records in CRM; support Growth department tasks.
• Collaboration & Strategy: Develop prospecting strategies with Growth Managers and Team Leaders.
