Job summary

SERHANT. is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to join the Growth team in New York.

This role acts as the first contact for prospective agents, driving outreach, scheduling recruitment meetings, handling administrative tasks, and engaging candidates to support the company’s expansion strategy. The position collaborates with Strategic Growth Managers and the VP of Growth to develop prospecting strategies, manage recruitment processes, and ensure a smooth onboarding flow for top-tier real estate

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales, recruiting, or business development role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial calls with potential real estate agents to assess interest and qualifications.
• Proactively generate growth opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation.
• Cold-call, text, and email prospective candidates in assigned markets to develop a robust talent pipeline.
• Articulate SERHANT.’s value proposition and handle objections to create recruitment opportunities.
• Schedule recruitment pitches for Strategic Growth Managers in current markets.
• Coordinate meetings for the VP of Growth in expansion markets.
• Manage follow-ups and touchpoints with candidates to keep them engaged in the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update records of all recruitment activities in our CRM.
