Cricket Wireless LLC. is seeking a Manager of Strategic Growth- Consulting to lead the national recruiting strategy from either Washington, DC or New York City. This role will work closely with business unit leaders to identify talent gaps and develop implementing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of recruiting experience within a professional services environment, excellent interpersonal skills, and a Bachelor's degree. The position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience in a professional services consulting environment.
• Proven ability to interface with leaders and hiring managers.
• Experience managing and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of the annual strategic growth plan.
• Develop relationships with business leaders to identify talent gaps.
• Design scalable recruiting strategies for hiring needs.
• Manage all aspects of the recruiting process including interviews.
• Lead and mentor recruiting staff.
