Job summary

RORE, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal & Business Development Coordinator in San Diego to support federal proposal development, opportunity tracking, marketing, and executive administration.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of proposal coordination or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint.
• Experience editing basic website content using WordPress or similar CMS.
• Experience supporting LinkedIn or other professional social media content.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal schedules, milestones, deadlines, reviews, and final submission activities.
• Manage proposal submissions through PIEE, SAM.gov, and agency portals.
• Prepare proposal forms, administrative volumes, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and team partners to obtain quotes, representations, certifications, and other required information.
• Organize proposal files and maintain accurate records of submissions and materials.
• Monitor SAM.gov and sources-sought for new opportunities and amendments.
• Maintain opportunity pipeline, proposal calendar, and tracking tools.
• Maintain and update certifications, registrations, and online company profiles.
• Maintain past-performance database and reusable BD content; assist travel and event logistics.
• Update capability statements and marketing materials; coordinate WordPress updates; ensure branding consistency.
• Provide executive and administrative support; assist with special projects.
