Goodwin's Global Operations Team is seeking a Client Development Coordinator for Strategic Pursuits & Proposals. You will coordinate proposals, RFPs, and client materials from intake through submission, working with attorneys, Client Development, and other teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong writing, editing, and project coordination skills. You will use AI-enabled tools to improve content quality and efficiency, and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or professional services is preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and document production skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; comfortable with databases and AI tools.
• Experience with proposals, RFPs, business development, legal or consulting environments preferred.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate pursuit activities from intake to submission, tracking deadlines.
• Prepare, format, proofread, and produce proposals, RFPs, and related materials.
• Draft and update proposal content using approved firm materials.
• Coordinate information gathering from attorneys, Client Development, and other teams.
• Maintain pursuit workplans, calendars, and workflow tools.
• Ensure submissions meet client requirements and formatting standards.
• Manage version control and centralized storage of proposal materials.
• Support the development and maintenance of the firm's proposal content repository.
• Conduct basic company/industry research to support proposals.
• Assist with scoping calls and pursuit kickoff meetings.
