Job summary

CodeRabbit is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the PLG funnel and drive rapid growth across acquisition, activation, and conversion. You will lead via data, experiments, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and growth marketing to ship measurable improvements.

You will ship a disciplined experimentation program and define North Star metrics to guide scarce resources, while optimizing web, CLI, and IDE experiences for developers.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in product management with growth or PLG focus.
• Measurable funnel wins: activation, onboarding, conversion, retention.
• Strong quantitative instincts and data-driven decision making.
• Rigorous experimentation with proper sample sizes and clean tests.
• Developer-product sensibility across web, CLI, and IDE users.
• Excellent written communication; influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the PLG funnel end to end: activation, onboarding, trial-to-paid conversion, and expansion across web, CLI, and VS Code.
• Identify high-leverage drop-off points via funnel analysis and ship experiments to fix them.
• Build and run a continuous experimentation program with hypotheses, instrumentation, A/B tests, and clear readouts.
• Optimize across surfaces with distinct dynamics: web signup, CLI auth, and VS Code activation.
• Improve onboarding for non-primary providers and expand GitHub path alignment.
• Partner with engineering to instrument events so every funnel step is measurable.
• Define and own North Star and input metrics; communicate tradeoffs to leadership.
