Job summary

Socure is seeking a Growth Product Manager for the Launch product, owning activation, onboarding, and time-to-value across the Launch experience. The role blends product management, experimentation, customer research, and hands-on problem solving with fintech customers to shape Socure's PLG motion.

You will work with fintech customers, run rapid growth experiments, and translate insights into scalable product strategies and roadmaps.

Qualifications

2–4 years in Product Management, Growth, or similar.
Experience in fintech or adjacent markets.
Strong analytical skills with product analytics, SQL, BI tools, or experimentation frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to ship products end-to-end.
Comfortable operating in ambiguous, early‑stage environments with high ownership.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end Launch activation funnel, from signup through first meaningful production usage.
Design and run rapid experiments across onboarding, product experience, packaging, and messaging.
Identify friction points through funnel analysis, customer behavior data, and direct customer feedback.
Translate learnings into product improvements that drive measurable growth.
Develop a deep understanding of fintech customer workflows and needs.
Partner with fintech ecosystems and growth channels to scale activation.
Scale Launch by coordinating with Engineering, Design, Solutions Engineering, and GTM teams.
