Job summary

Handle.com is hiring a Product Manager to join early on a new product when the team is small and the scope is high. You’ll own discovery through launch, work directly with customers and engineering, and shape the product direction in a fast-moving fintech environment.

You’ll write clear requirements, draft prototypes, and drive a prioritized roadmap while collaborating with go-to-market and leadership to ensure rapid, customer-centric delivery.

Qualifications

• Three to five years in product management in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Technical fluency to write detailed requirements and work closely with engineering.
• Strong understanding of B2B fintech/payments value chain and prioritization.
• Fluency with AI tools across work processes from PRDs to prototyping.
• Excellent customer empathy and collaboration with customers and prospects.
• High agency with a clear point of view, not just backlog execution.

Responsibilities

• Take a new product from zero to one, owning direction from concept to launch.
• Run discovery with suppliers, contractors, and prospects to inform build.
• Draft and prototype concepts, presenting working ideas to customers and engineers.
• Translate POV into detailed technical requirements and a prioritized roadmap.
• Ship with a small engineering pod and iteratively improve post-launch.
• Maintain alignment with engineering, design, and leadership through updates.
