Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in growth, product, marketing, analytics or another highly-cross functional role.
• Experience and a genuine interest in fintech, investing, wealth management, or consumer finance.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with funnel metrics and campaign performance data.
• Ability to turn customer pain points into compelling campaign ideas.

Responsibilities

• Own acquisition-focused growth experiments across channels.
• Identify new channels through customer insights and channel research.
• Build and improve acquisition assets such as landing pages and referral flows.
• Analyze performance across the full funnel.
