Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Product Manager, Growth to own the end-to-end activation funnel in a fintech-focused environment in the US. You will drive onboarding success, define metrics, and run rapid experiments to improve time-to-value.

Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Solutions Engineering, Support, and GTM teams to translate customer insights into scalable playbooks, improve activation, retention, and partner-led growth.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of product management or growth-related experience.
• Experience in fintech/payments identity or compliance.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Able to ship features end-to-end in early-stage environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end launch activation funnel from signup to first meaningful production usage.
• Define and optimize activation metrics, onboarding success criteria, and time-to-value.
• Design and run rapid experiments across onboarding, product experience, packaging, and messaging.
• Identify friction points through funnel analysis, customer data, and direct feedback.
• Translate learnings into product improvements that drive growth.
• Conduct customer interviews, onboarding reviews, and integration sessions.
• Identify unmet needs across identity, compliance, onboarding, and trust workflows.
• Turn customer insights into roadmap priorities and scalable playbooks.
• Support onboarding experiences for partnerships.
• Identify repeatable patterns to improve activation and retention within strategic segments.
• Help shape product experiences for fintech and developer-first customers.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Solutions Engineering, Support, and GTM.
• Create instrumentation, reporting, and foundations to scale Launch.
• Convert recurring challenges into productized solutions.
• Improve activation rate, time-to-first-value, onboarding completion, early retention and engagement.
