Socure Launch is our self-service offering for emerging fintechs and growth-stage companies. We are seeking a Growth Product Manager to own activation, onboarding, and time-to-value across the Launch experience.

This role suits a highly analytical, customer-obsessed builder who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys combining product management, experimentation, customer research, and hands-on problem solving. You will work with fintech customers, run growth experiments, and shape the PLG motion.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Product Management, Growth, Product Operations, Solutions Engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using product analytics, SQL, BI tools, or experimentation frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to ship products, features, experiments, or process improvements end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own activation & onboarding in the Launch experience from signup to first meaningful usage.
• Design and run rapid experiments across onboarding, product experience, packaging, and messaging.
• Identify friction points through funnel analysis and direct customer feedback; translate learnings into product improvements.
