You will partner with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to explore growth opportunities, run experiments, and deliver measurable improvements. The role supports onboarding, activation, retention, and repeat earning opportunities, with potential to impact both sides of the marketplace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in product management, growth, analytics, or related fields.
• Creative and quantitative instincts with data-driven problem solving.
• Scientific mindset with willingness to test hypotheses and adapt.
• Strong analytical skills with funnels, cohorts, and product analytics tools.
• Bias toward action and ownership from exploration to execution.
• Strong product judgment and focus on delivering value, not just metrics.
• Clear communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Find opportunities for growth by analyzing user behavior and conversion funnels.
• Experiment relentlessly with hypotheses, A/B tests, and rapid learning cycles.
• Improve activation and engagement by helping experts onboard and earn early rewards.
• Build growth loops across acquisition, referrals, and retention to sustain momentum.
• Turn insights into shipped products with engineering and design collaboration.
• Own outcomes by defining success metrics and dashboards to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations.
