Job summary

Embedding VC in the Bay Area seeks a Growth Product Manager for a consumer AI platform. You will own onboarding, activation, monetization, and long-term growth, partnering with founders, engineering, marketing, and lifecycle teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Growth Product Management experience in a consumer product-led environment.
• Strong track record on activation, conversion, retention and monetization.
• Deep experience optimizing onboarding and user funnels across acquisition sources.
• Proven ability to run rigorous experiments (A/B testing, sample sizing, holdouts).
• Comfort with SQL and product analytics tools to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and activation to improve time-to-value and activation.
• Drive channel-level conversion with paid, organic, SEO, partnerships, and viral loops.
• Own free-to-paid conversion, monetization levers, pricing, and packaging.
• Build an experimentation engine with clear hypotheses and reliable readouts.
• Improve retention and lifecycle growth via email, push, and in-product messaging.
• Support product launches and international expansion with growth instrumentation.
