Job summary
LegalShield seeks a Senior Product Manager, Growth to own freemium experiences that bring consumers to us and convert them into members. You will report to the CPO, partner daily with the CMO, and lead a squad of engineers with embedded design across D2C products.
Your biggest job is building our freemium portfolio, including free document review, and driving upgrade paths to paid subscriptions. You will also partner on the website, landing pages, consent, and checkout.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years in product management with growth/acquisition/conversion focus.
- Proven results owning high-traffic website, landing page or checkout experiences.
- Experience running experiments at scale with proper statistical judgment.
Responsibilities
- Own the freemium strategy, roadmap, and results across all D2C products.
- Scale the document review experience and launch new freemium experiences with clear upgrade paths.
- Lead a high-velocity testing program to move key funnel metrics.
- Collaborate with Marketing on website, landing pages, nurture journeys, and checkout.
