With 3+ years in product, marketing or growth, you’ll drive AI-powered personalization and rapid experiments, shaping content and growth at scale while advancing mental health access.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product, marketing, or growth with measurable conversion outcomes.
• Exceptional messaging instincts and strong content/editorial skills.
• Experience partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering to build digital tools.
• Proficient with analytics to diagnose opportunities and measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and lifecycle journeys to improve conversions.
• Define and test product flows and content across channels.
• Lead messaging strategy across the member journey.
• Drive AI-powered personalization across onboarding and feeds.
• Build rigorous experimentation to learn quickly.
